Strategy and Goal Consultation
You have a great idea and JPC will help you create a strategic framework built by your unique goals. Together we’ll define what success looks like for you and your idea and backwards plan on how to get you there. This entails:
- Initial consulting session led by your idea and where you want to go
- Development of SMART goals and determination of goal prioritization
Metrics and Performance
How do you define success for your idea? Metrics provide evidence on performance and trends. When you’re just starting off with an idea whether it’s a personal project or a new business, it’s crucial to have markers in place to keep you focused on your priorities and to not worry about the noise. We can help draft metrics that you will actually use by planning them into your workflow.

At JPC, we employ a hybrid PM methodology that generally follows five steps outlined to the right, but will perform agile iterations within any of the steps as needed until the desired results are achieved.
